I need to lose about 5 or so pounds. My ultimate goal is 89. I hope to reach this by mid October. I will try my best to restrict my calorie intake, NO more sweets, and do yoga/elliptical/bike. The only obstacle I expect to encounter is my sweet tooth. Argh. Eat low cal desserts like fruit, and frozen whip cream. If anyone has any other good low cal sweet ideas they would be much appreciated! When I reach my goal I think I will overall be a lot happier when I look at myself in mirrors and just gain more self confidence. Any support or tips will be of help.
